When looking to connect HP’s sustainable impact message with a younger, digital-first audience, the challenge wasn't the data. It was translating it into a format that didn't feel painfully mid.

As the creator, writer, and host, I stepped in to launch "The Win-Tern Games"—a high-energy, fast-paced internal game show that brought some much-needed chaotic-good energy to our communications. The strategy worked three-fold: the trivia questions were entirely rooted in HP’s global sustainability goals, the prizes were our sustainable hero products, and the contestants were our very own interns.

The goal? To educate our team, market our conscious tech, and show the world that working at HP is far from corporate-stale. From scriptwriting to hosting, the project was a masterclass in using lighthearted internet culture and high-tempo entertainment for strategic engagement. The show is a testament to the fact that when you stop lecturing your people and start entertaining them, you turn serious business goals into a culture people actually want to play along with.
